I can not my skin under control.?

I break out terribly. I drink lots of water. I Cleaning with Clean & Clear, sound with diluted apple cider vinegar, and I moisturize with Cetaphil. I use a benzoyl peroxide spot treatment every night. I do this religiously. I can count at least 15 white heads on my face now. Please help me I'm so sick of my acne):

Perhaps the products you are using is not the right thing for your skin. Try Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Free or something along the lines of this. I have very acne prone skin, and it worked amazingly for me. Always try new products. If you are really desperate, you go to a dermatologist and have them look at your condition. They can prescribe antibiotics.
