Ingrown pimple???????

I have a pimple on my neck under my skin so there's no visible white stuff or anything. It's just a small bump but it hurts like heck. Anything i can do to make it go away? I tried alcohol but since the pimple hasn't surfaced it's not doing much and i also tried my acne medication but again it hasn't surfaced so it doesn't dry it up. Help!

It might not be a pimple..it maybe a swollen limph node...pimple on neck which is under skin is unlikely...to be on safe side it is best to see your dr. if it is there more then a week or two.
