how can i get rid of these blackheads?

I have roughly hundreds of Blackheads On My Nose, and I can't seem to get rid of them. I've tried multiple blackhead products from pro-activ, biore, clean and clear, avon, facial bars, st. ives and more. But, no matter how religiously i stick to my cleansing, scrubbing, repairing routine, i can't seem to get rid of them.

Can anyone help me? Above is a picture. Also, does anyone know what the things are to the side of my nose, and how to treat those as well?

Answer:

I had the same problem! my nose looked almost the same.
Now I use Clean and Clear Blackhead Clearing Astringent and then nuetrogena pore refining toner.
But my best remedy for acne or blackheads is LOTS of fresh air. It makes your skin clearer and it TRULY helps!
