Food allergy !!!!!!!! HELP !!!!!!!!?

Food allergy and to find out ways in which i got bad skin to allergic, had it since I was a baby and it was now in eczema and 20 years old and have a lil acne on the face and on the upper body and have been suffering from boils for a few months.and the starting point to think about their food as probably allergic. How can I find out which foods are allergic to IM AND NO DOCTOR WONT REFER me to a specialist and I can not afford ONE TO GO SEE. Please help Thanks

I would say think of all the food you eat, you have had since the boils and acne. what I would do is to eat what I had before testing and, if my problems get worse (but i dont recommend it for you, because you can get it cooks even worse, so dont do it unless they are away.) or you can, The choice is yours. I wish you could go to the doctor and if you tell your doctor if he sucks you refer to a specialist care, so get a new one!
