What foundation is best for acne-prone skin?

I want something that covers and scars Discoloration from acne, but I do not want something that will make it worse. I do not like powder foundation, I would prefer a cream or liquid. Any Suggestions? I have been to a dermatologist. I'm cleaning up. I have not worn any make-up for about 2 years. But I'll begin again made up, I want good Look when I'm working or in school. I have no more blemishes, I would just have the scars to make me something, my face even color.
