Does anyone have cystic acne is never a head and sits under the skin?

I have now suffered by Adult Cystic Acne for 15 years all have scars to go this, but lately I've noticed that none of the sebum filled pockets under the skin are intensely focused more they are just sitting there and I can squeeze it and look for a toothpaste sebum comes out. I have also noticed my skin feels really dry so now I'm wondering if my skin has changed with age (almost 40) and is why I am always clogged pores? Also, no one has any treatments for the large deep pocket scars (ice pick) with great success or suggestions. I must say, the condition is getting my face, me to a point that I actually avoid want to go anywhere. I dont do my mother and sister and they take much of the reddness by puttin on Good Skin All Right Spot Treatment. It says it helps with acne, but it also helps take the reddness of acne, u cannot pop, so make sure it's magic on your face after you have washed your face thoroughly.
