How do I get rid of pimples/cyst on my face.?

I wash my face more than three times a day and use acne Treatment also, but my pimples/cyst dont go away. When I pop the pimples, they come back. I notice that everytime I wash my face, the area of my pimples et very red. I really hate it. What should I do?

Answer:

First of all, I recommend that you should only wash your face twice a day. Morning and night. Washing it more than twice a day can lead to more irritation and that is probably why the area of your pimples become very red. After washing, splash your face with cold water to close the pores. I suggest tea tree oil/ointment on the affected area three times a day. Try not to pop your pimples but if you do, do not use your fingers as this spreads bacteria and makes things worse. Place an ice cube satraight after to help with swelling. Not sure which acne treatment you use but many people i know seem to use proactiv solution as it really works for them.
